2. Puppy Sales

All puppy purchases require a signed agreement outlining health guarantees and buyer responsibilities.Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide a puppy as agreed.Puppies must be picked up or delivered as per the agreed timeline. Additional fees may apply for extended stays.We do not guarantee size, coat color, or temperament, as these can vary in Golden Retrievers.

3. Boarding Services

Reservations for dog boarding must be made in advance and require confirmation from us.Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella) is required before boarding.Drop-off and pick-up times must be adhered to as scheduled. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions or any unforeseen medical issues that may arise during a dog’s stay.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments must be made in full before puppy pickup or boarding drop-off.We accept [List Payment Methods].No refunds are given for boarding services once a reservation has begun.Any refunds for puppy sales will be handled as per the signed agreement.
